NC AG - FA's Response to My Owner's Complaint and My Owner's Rebuttal to That Response

Below is FA's response to My Owner's complaint.   We believe it to be highly misleading.   It contains no supporting documents to support it's assertions.

My Owner wrote to the NC AG pointing out what she believes to be multiple factual inconsistencies.   The format she used and which FA used in their response is based on the 13 Prohibited acts and practices outlined in  § 20-354.8 of the NC Motor Vehicle Repair Act.   Several of FA's responses are clearly untrue as demonstrated by the FA documents we have already provided to the NC AG.   Because FA has so far refused to provide documents to support their assertions, we believe that more of their assertions may be untrue also.
