| Consequently, we request that FA produce to this Office, within seven (7) days of the date of this letter, 1) all documents that discuss, reflect, show identify, or in any way relate to FA’s inspecting, servicing, and/or repairing of (redacted)’s vehicle, including but not limited to the repair orders signed by (redacted)'s and all other documents signed by the consumer and 2 ) to the extent not provided in response to 1) above, all documents you refer to, or which otherwise support the assertions, in your June 24, 2020 response to our office. |
