Point-By-Point Rebuttal of FA's Assertions   

When the NC AG's office forwarded our complaint to FA, their Service Director responded with what we believed to be many misrepresentations.   Our complaint used the format of the thirteen  Prohibited Acts and Practices  outlined in the NC Motor Vehicle Repair Act § 20-354.8.
